Buddha said “He who experiences the unity of life sees his own Self in all beings, and all beings in his own Self, and looks on everything with an impartial eye.”

To transformed spiritually, one don’t have to involve in a church, a prayer or a religious leader. It is a true connection with oneself. The more we examine our own inner being, the more we begin to realize that a piece of ‘God’ resides within each of us. If we let go of everything we have learned, we will find all the faith and peace we will ever need. It is our thoughts that create our own mental prisons that mask this Presence in our everyday lives. When we realize fear, hate, judgment, anger, greed, and envy are only born of our ego, which we CAN control, we are able to see the presence of this Spirit in ourselves. When we reach this pivotal moment, there is a complete understanding of the mystery and beauty of Our own place in the universe. We are the universe. We are each other. Be at peace. It is contagious, Its a promise from this side…
